The lack of exterior signage makes it hard to find the hotel!!! If you have issues with the phone or room lighting, you might find that the response is disappointingly slow. Toilets could use more attention for a high-end design.

Honestly, how hard is it to fix a broken phone in a room? And then, there's the deplorable lighting, not that inviting. For the price, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade, but no. So charitably close, yet no red carpet for me. I almost wrote a great review, but I just couldn't.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The team treated me like family, especially the spa staff. Rossella worked her magic and I was like a new man after that massage.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but I thought it was worth it in the end.

The hotel offered a great restaurant experience with a beautiful terrace to enjoy. The location was convenient for my business meeting and close to the subway station for easy transportation. The best aspects of this hotel were the spacious and beautiful rooms, which felt brand new.
The noise from the subway was a major issue throughout my stay and made it difficult to relax. It was also frustrating to learn that the hotel had a policy against guests taking photos, which made me feel unwelcome and restricted during my new year celebration.

The Easter weekend spent in this hotel was a wonderful experience. the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant with its stunning terrace and delicious food. the hotel's location was also ideal for exploring the city and had easy access to public transportation.
It was quite disappointing that we could hear the subway passing through underneath the hotel, which disrupted our sleep at times. it was a shame that guests weren't allowed to take photos within the hotel, which seemed like an unnecessary restriction.
